Found something? Hand it in at the nearest branch
After dropping off the item at the branch, staff will register it with its photo and full details, then publish it on the platform. The listing then becomes searchable, allowing the owner to find it through the Mafqood app.

Lost something? Search and submit a claim.
If you've lost an item, easily search by branch and item type, then submit a claim when you find a potential match. Branch staff will review the claims and return the item to its owner.

Match confirmed? Reclaim your item.
Once your claim is approved, visit the branch during opening hours, or reach out to the branch manager using the contact details listed for each branch.
